I-MSC is an excellent introduction to the core principles and practices of Mindful Self-Compassion, and a space to reflect on these as well as ask questions.

The central question of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is “What do I most deeply need?”
Empowering you to best respond to this question, and as a gateway to greater Life Fulfillment, we support you in clarifying your Core Values and developing practical tools resources to live in tune with them.

Research shows that Self-Compassion practice, combined with Mindfulness, rewires the brain in response to Life’s challenges: reducing stress and anxiety, and enhancing emotional wellbeing.

I-MSC is also a wonderful entry point if you are considering doing our:
1/ The online Short Course in Mindful Self Compassion (SC-MSC), consisting of 6 one-hour weekly sessions.
2/ The full online Mindful Self-Compassion Course (MSC), consisting of 9 weekly sessions of 22.5 hours total duration.

I-MSC will be taught by experienced teachers Raphael “Jay” Adjani and Siri Chandler.

I-MSC takes place on the third Saturday of each month, as part of the activity “Smile with Jay: the art of play”.


“Smile with Jay: the art of play” is a series of videos, watch parties, Facebook Live Videos and other events to explore simple things we can do to develop a bigger “inner smile”.

In 2021 they are currently scheduled to be twice a month, on the first and third Saturday.

The third Sunday event each month is dedicated to an Introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion workshop.

Thailand is known as the Land of Smiles. We may smile for many reasons: such as it being part of our culture; because we wish to show kindness; or to be polite. Sometimes while we smile on the outside, we are in pain on the inside. Sometimes we are completely unable to smile.

Smile with Jay promotes wellbeing, stress-reduction, and living a more fulfilled, “playful” life.

“Smile with Jay: the art of play” is hosted by Amaravati’s Resident Life Coach, Raphael “Jay” Adjani. Jay is a psychotherapist, life coach, mentor, as well as mindfulness and compassion-focused meditation teacher.
