The Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion (SC-MSC): LIVING LIFE TO THE MAX
Is an excellent introduction to cultivating the, scientifically-evidenced, health and wellbeing benefits of Mindful Self-Compassion.

SC-MSC LIVING LIFE TO THE MAX is an online 6-week program of 6 hours in duration.

It is an adaptation of the 27 hour, 8-week, full course in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)

SC-MSC LIVING LIFE TO THE MAX is taught by Raphael Jay Adjani and Siri Chandler

The SC-MSC 6-hr program has been created to allow participants to begin to learn a targeted set of MSC practices with less time commitment than the full 26-hr MSC program.

SC-MSC cultivates Self-Compassion practices and resources, underpinned by Mindfulness.

Self-Compassion involves the capacity to comfort, support ourselves and motivate ourselves with encouragement, when we “fail”, or feel inadequate.

SC-MSC was created by: Kristin Neff, the pioneering researcher in the field of Self-Compassion; and Christopher Germer, leader in the integration of mindfulness, compassion and psychotherapy.

Raphael Jay Adjani is a integrative psychotherapist, resident life coach at Amaravati Wellness Center Thailand, and educator of over 30 years, including being a teacher of MSC:
